ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING

Complaints about rule violations should be submitted in writing, via email or mailed to The ALPS Group so the Association Board can review and address. Anonymous complaints will not be reviewed or forwarded for consideration. Because the Board may have need for additional information, contact information is required and will not be shared but will help the Board document complaints that result in warnings or fines.
Homeowner calls for service should be made to The ALPS Group, who will respond by generating a work order to review and address the service request.
LATE FEE: Effective May 1, 2013, the fee for late assessment payments will be $30.00 for any payment received after the 10th of the month.
Monthly Dues will be going up to $200 effective January 1, 2019.
